Mann Up Athletics is an elite athletic training program based in Pacific Grove, California, on the Monterey Peninsula. This website is the home base for our athletes and their families. It is where you can read our training philosophy, browse the classes and membership options we offer, check the weekly training schedule, register for summer camps and passes, pick up official gear, and follow live local high school scores. You can also join our weekly training updates list to hear about new programs, camps, and schedule changes before anyone else.

Our training is built for athletes of every age and stage. We work with youth athletes from elementary school through high school, with college-bound and reclass athletes preparing for their next level, with homeschool families looking for structured physical development, and with adult athletes who want to stay fast, strong, and durable. All skill levels are welcome. Whether an athlete is picking up a training program for the first time or competing at a high level, we meet them where they are and build from there.

Everything on this site is built and maintained by Mann Up Athletics itself — by our coaches in Pacific Grove, not by an outside agency. Our programming is rooted in Long Term Athletic Development and shaped by TACFIT, Weck Method, and Demotu movement analysis. Our aim is to develop complete, injury-smart athletes who perform on the field, court, and track, and who carry the habits they build here into sport and life.
